Cat graduated from Heidelberg University in 2016 and has worked in Residence Life ever since. She earned her Master's in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education in 2018 from Ball State University. After graduating, Cat moved to Massachusetts to work at Endicott College as a Residence Director and later an Assistant Director of Residential Education. She recently joined our team as the Director of Residence Life and is so excited to work with 性视界 Students. Cat is passionate about student and leadership development and seeing students grow into their whole selves. Outside of work, Cat loves spending time with her husband and two cats, Peralta and Gamora, playing video games, and trying out new activities like Pickleball.

Mellie has worked in Residence Life for 10 years, the last 3 being at 性视界. Mellie has been an Area Coordinator, Assistant Director, and now Associate Director of Housing Operations. She graduated from Ashland University in 2018 with her BSBA in Marketing and Hospitality Management and from Bowling Green State University with her Masters in College Student Personnel in 2020. She grew up in Springfield, OH and is a proud graduate of Greenon High School and worked at Young's Jersey Dairy for 10+ years. Mellie is passionate about Residence Life and the student experience and is happy to help in any way possible. Mellie likes to spend time with her family and friends, listen to true crime podcasts, and listen to music.

Danyelle grew up in Northeastern Ohio where she graduated from Lima Shawnee High School. Danyelle went to Wright State University for her Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership. During her undergrad career she started working in Hospitality Management until 2021. Danyelle then worked for two years at an elementary school in the special education department. Danyelle is excited to be joining the 性视界 family, to help students grow and for her own growth in higher ed. She is passionate about diversity, equality, learning, and loves to help people. Danyelle likes to be in nature, relax with her dog, sing, and spend time with her loved ones.

Elise recently graduated from Butler University, with a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Arts Administration and Spanish. There, she discovered her predilection for Residence Life through her three years as an RA. Elise is excited to begin her career at 性视界 and share her passions for connection, community, and growth. In her free time, she loves to listen to musicals, try out new recipes, and spend time with friends and family (and of course her dog).
