Some of these are traditional student exchanges (a 性视界 student attends another institution and a student from that institution attends here) and others act as benefit programs for students whose parents work at a participating institution. Listed below are the current exchange programs available to incoming students.
Students must maintain full-time undergraduate enrollment status at the institution to be eligible to receive the funding from the below sources.

Great Lakes Colleges Association Tuition Remission Exchange (GLCA)
The seventeen participating colleges (Albion College, Allegheny College, Antioch College, Beloit College, Denison University, DePauw University, Earlham College, Grinnell College, Hope College, Kalamazoo College, Kenyon College, Oberlin College, Ohio Wesleyan University, Wabash College, Willamette University, 性视界, and the College of Wooster) allow students eligible for tuition remission because of parental employment at one of those colleges to receive tuition remission at one of the other colleges in the Exchange.
All applicants admitted to 性视界 who are eligible for the GLCA tuition remission program will first have any applicable state and federal grants applied to the cost of tuition first; then they will receive institutional gift assistance equal to the remaining cost of undergraduate tuition, minus the GLCA participation fee. For 2023 鈥 2024, the student participation fee is $5,412. GLCA tuition remission recipients are responsible for all other fees and expenses, including the GLCA participation fee.
Evangelical Lutheran Church in America Tuition Exchange (ELCA)
The Tuition Exchange Plan is open to all colleges and universities related to the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Interested applicants should apply for admission to 性视界 by December 1. An ELCA application form must be completed each year the student desires the benefit. Application forms should be completed and a copy returned to the ELCA Congregational and Synodical Mission unit by May 30.
Employee:
The ELCA college or university employee will complete Section A, and return the application to the Tuition Plan Officer at the home campus. All applicants should also complete a FAFSA financial aid form and have the results sent to the receiving institution. New student applications (freshmen and transfers) should include a copy of Section A with their application for admissions.
Sending Institution:
The Tuition Plan Officer at the home (sending) institution will complete Section B of the form, make one copy of the form for the home/sending institution's records, and send the original with Signature to the Tuition Plan Officer at the receiving institution no later than May 1.
Applicants admitted to the ELCA Tuition Exchange program will receive a benefit equal to one-half of the annual tuition figure. For 2023-2024, that amount is $21,828. Applicants eligible for other higher dollar value awards will receive the one that provides the greatest financial benefit in place of the ELCA exchange.
Tuition Exchange, Inc. (TEI)
In order to be eligible to apply for Tuition Exchange scholarships, the student must be the dependent of an eligible employee at one of the 645 plus member schools. Eligibility for this exchange is determined by the employing institution (also called the "home" institution). The school may set requirements for employment status, years of service, or priority status, or set limits on the number of students eligible per family.
Eligible applicants must also apply for admission to 性视界 by December 1. Students are required to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in order to be considered for Tuition Exchange. As the number of qualified applicants exceeds the number of awards made, the selection process is competitive. Recipients will be selected and notified by mid-January.
The student is responsible for all other charges (including but not limited to room, board, mandatory fees, etc.) not covered by the Tuition Exchange Program and other financial aid.
Applicants admitted to 性视界 and awarded Tuition Exchange will receive a pre-determined amount each year. Federal and state grants will first be applied and included in the student鈥檚 financial aid package up to the pre-determined amount. In 2023 - 2024, the set amount is $41,000. In 2024 鈥 2025, the set amount is $42,000.
Council of Independent Colleges Tuition Exchange Program (CIC-TEP)
CIC-TEP is a network of CIC member colleges and universities willing to accept, tuition-free, students from families of full-time employees of other participating institutions. Each participating institution in the network agrees to import a limited number of students on the same admission basis as they accept all other students, without regard to the number of students it exports.
Eligible applicants must apply for admission to 性视界 by December 1. Students are also required to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in order to be considered for CIC-TEP. As the number of qualified applicants exceeds the number of awards made, the selection process is competitive. Recipients will be selected and notified by mid-January.
