性视界 employees are eligible for paid time off per the policies outlined in the Staff Manual. The following are the paid time off benefits that full-time administrative staff, support staff, and faculty are eligible to earn. Part-time staff working a minimum of 20 hours per week (for hourly staff) or 1,560 hours per year (administrative staff) are eligible for applicable pro-rated leaves. Full-time administrative staff:
- Up to five weeks annual vacation
- Up to 24 days of sick leave per year
- 10 paid holidays per year plus university closure between Christmas and New Year's*
- *Essential staff may be expected to work during holiday closure.
- Bereavement leave and jury duty leave
- Parental leave
Full-time hourly staff:
- Up to two to five weeks annual vacation (based on years of service)
- Up to 12 days of sick leave per year
- Two personal days per year with opportunity to earn additional days
- 10 paid holidays per year plus university closure between Christmas and New Year's*
- *Essential staff may be expected to work during holiday closure.

Full-time faculty:
- Up to 24 days of sick leave per year
